1. You must be logged in before submitting your sequencing request. If you do not know how to login, please see LOGIN.

If you are already logged in, click on Submit a Request —> Submit a Request Online.

2. To Download the 96 Well Bulk Plate Form right click on Click Here then click on Save Target as and save the file to your computer. Note: If you are a Apple Macintosh user then just click on Click Here and it will open the file in Excel and save file to your system directory.

3. Enter the sequencing reaction information in the Excel form and save the form as a unique file on your computer. Note: the samples should be organized going down the plate columns and not across the rows. For example, samples 1-3 would be in wells A1, B1, and C1 respectively.

4. Click BROWSE to navigate to the location where the file is saved on your computer. Highlight the 96-well bulk plate submission form and click OPEN. The file name should now appear in the 96-well bulk plate box. Submit the request by clicking on LOAD IT.

5. The sample information will now appear in the sample submission form. Correct any errors listed in the message box and highlighted in red on the submission form. After correcting any errors click on PREVIEW.

6. If the submission form does not contain any errors the SUBMIT button will appear. Click the SUBMIT button.

7. After you click on Submit, a confirmation page will display the submitted 96 Well Bulk Plate information, see image below. Print this page for your record.
